2022 Denton's Block Shiraz (McLaren Vale)

The grapes for this wine were sourced from my great mate Joch Bosworth's organically farmed vineyards in McLaren Vale, South Australia.

They were trucked up to me in Orange where I destemmed 70% of the fruit before fermenting on skins for 14 days.

Bright red fruits, powerful and intense palate, and matured in older oak to allow this vineyard to shine out of the bottle.

Not a typical McLaren Vale Shiraz as the 2022 vintage was cooler down there, leading to a more elegant wine.
